Real nice paint gloss on this NOS'55-'56 Dodge steering wheel cover. Unfortunately, it has a couple of scratches and scuffs so you may want to repaint it. The scuff is on the top corner. There are two long scratches--one on each side of the center medallion. This cover interchanges with the chrome version, so you could have it chromed if you wanted to.

The medallion is loose but can be tightened with a little jiggering of the rivet. This cover is for cars with manual steering.
